OneView sends notifications when a case is opened, updated, or closed in the Managed Threat Hunting (MTH) portal. Notifications are also sent when the MTH settings configured in a OneView site are updated.
When a notification is received, check the email for additional information or next steps. To ensure privacy and security, the email notifications intentionally contain limited information.
A notification called MTH case updated is automatically created for users who are selected as contacts in the sites Managed Threat Hunting settings page. For more information, see Configure Managed Threat Hunting in OneView.
Use the Notifications page in OneView to configure which notifications you want to receive from the MTH portal. For more information, see Set up notifications in OneView.
- On the Category page, select Managed Services (MDR/MTH) and click Next.
- Optionally, filter alerts with the following conditions:
Case status: Alerts when case status is updated.
- Case created
- Case updated
- Case closed
Priority: Alerts based on priority of the case.
Action required: Alert only if action is required or not.
