Issue
Malwarebytes Endpoint Agent is returning one of the following error messages:
ERROR EDRPlugin MEDRNetCallback -- #MEDRNET_ERROR_NETWORK : Send Events - Couldn't resolve host name
ERROR EDRPlugin MEDRNetCallback -- #MEDRNET_ERROR_NETWORK : Send Events - Timeout was reached
The Endpoint Agent automatically logs messages and errors, so you may see these messages in the Windows Event Viewer:

- OneView
- Windows devices with Endpoint Detection and Response
Cause
In general, the Malwarebytes EDR module (MEDRNet) errors refer to temporary network connectivity failures.
The MEDRNet module sends event information to the cloud, but if the network is unavailable, the information is stored locally. Once the connection is restored, the MEDRNet module sends the data to the cloud.
Resolution
These errors are benign and can be ignored. If the device is experiencing performance issues, contact Support.
