How do I cancel my Nebula subscription?
To cancel your subscription, contact your Account Manager or Sales representative. Click your display name > Contact Us to find the Sales phone number.
How do I change my login email address?
There are two ways to change your login email address. The first option is to contact Support by selecting Submit a Support Ticket at the bottom of this article. The second option is to ask a Super Admin to delete your old account on Configure > Users page. Then, they can create a new Nebula user with your new email.
How do I find out who is the Nebula Account Owner (NAO)?
The NAO is designated when you purchase your Nebula subscription. If you need help identifying the NAO, reach out to the Support team.
How do I change the Nebula Account Owner?
To change the NAO, contact Sales.
How do I add seats to my subscription?
To add seats to your subscription, click your display name > Account and click Buy Seats. If you don't see the option, contact Sales to assist you.
How do I purchase a module or service for my subscription?
To buy a module or service for your subscription, contact Sales.
Where do I find my invoices?
The NAO can find the invoices on the Account page. Have the NAO click their display name > Account and go to the Billing section.
How do I set up my subscription to auto-renew?
The NAO can toggle on auto-renewal on the Account page. Have the NAO click their display name > Account and go to the Purchase history section.
How do I find the Account ID for my Nebula account?
API integrations may need your Nebula Account ID. To find your Account ID, log in to Nebula and check the URL. The Account ID is the string of characters in the URL. For example, https://cloud.malwarebytes.com/xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx/dashboard
