How do I cancel my Malwarebytes Nebula subscription?
Contact Sales. To find your sales contact information:
- In the top right of Nebula, click your display name > Contact Us.
- Call your local sales phone number from the list.
How do I change my login email address?
Contact Support with one of the following methods:
- Click Submit a Support Ticket at the bottom of this article.
- Call Support. To find your support phone number:
- In the top right of Nebula, click your display name > Contact Us.
- Take note of the PIN ID displayed.
- Locate and call the support phone number for your region.
- Provide the PIN ID.
Alternatively, have a Super Admin navigate to Configure > Users to delete your old email account and send an invite to the new email address.
How do I find out who is the Nebula Account Owner (NAO)?
Typically, this is the same person who originally purchased Malwarebytes. If you need help identifying the NAO, contact Support.
How do I change the Nebula Account Owner?
To change the NAO, contact Sales.
How do I add additional seats to my account?
If you purchased directly from https://www.malwarebytes.com/ and have less than 100 devices currently protected, you can add more seats from the Account page. On the top-right, click your display name > Account. For more information, see Account page in Nebula.
If you purchased from a sales representative, contact Sales.
How do I add a module to my account?
Contact Sales.
Where do I find my invoice?
The NAO can find the invoice on the Account page. On the top-right, click your display name > Account.
How do I opt in to auto-renewal?
The NAO can toggle on auto-renewal on the Account page. On the top-right, click your display name > Account.
How do I find the Account ID for my Nebula account?
The Account ID may be needed for API integrations. To find your Account ID:
- Once logged into Nebula, check the URL.
- The Account ID is the string of characters in the URL
