Change your Password in Nebula

Nebula provides the option to change your password at any time. This article explains how to change your password under Profile.

Change your password

1. At the top right of the screen, click your display name > Profile > Security tab.
2. In the Change Password section, enter your current password and pick a new password. Your password must have the following:
   
   • Eight (8) characters
   • One lowercase letter
   • One uppercase letter
   • One number
   • One special character
3. Confirm the new password by entering it in the Confirm New Password box, then click Change Password.

Reset your password

If you lost your Nebula password, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the page https://cloud.malwarebytes.com/auth/forgotpassword.
2. Enter the email address for your Nebula account.
3. Click Submit.
4. You will receive an email with the password reset link from the address do_not_reply@cloud.malwarebytes.com with the subject line, Reset your Malwarebytes password!
5. In the email, click the button Change My Password.
6. Enter your new password in both the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
7. Click Submit.
8. A message Password updated appears with the option to Go back to sign in.
9. Sign in to your Nebula account with your new password.
