From the Support Tickets screen in Malwarebytes Nebula, Super Admins and Administrators can submit and manage support cases.
Admins have the ability to perform the following actions on the Support Tickets page on the Nebula console:
- Navigate to the Support Tickets page from the left-navigation pane of the Nebula console.
- Create a support ticket.
- Add comments and attachments to your tickets or other open tickets.
- View open and closed tickets for all Super Admins and Admins on your account.
- Viewable ticket details:
- Ticket number
- Subject
- Status
- Date opened
- Date updated
- Expand and collapse full ticket conversations.
