From the Support Cases screen in Malwarebytes OneView, you can view and create Support cases. Cases that are closed for more than 120 days do not display on this screen. This article explains how to view Support cases.
- From the sidebar, go to Support Cases. A list of support cases created by users on your account displays.
- Click either Case, Date opened, or Status column headers to sort your support cases.
- Click a case row to expand it. When expanded, you can view Case Description and Messages from Malwarebytes Support.
