Malwarebytes for Teams protects small businesses from cybersecurity threats and infections. It offers real time threat protection, remediation, and priority phone and chat support and is easy to use. With Malwarebytes for Teams, you wouldn’t need prior cybersecurity or IT knowledge to manage security for your team.
Purchase Subscription
You can purchase Malwarebytes for Teams from Malwarebytes Store, in app, or through My Account if you already have an account. Depending on how many devices you want to support, you can choose a subscription between 1 to 20 devices. Malwarebytes for Teams currently support the following operating systems:
- Windows
- Mac
- Android
- Chromebook
Note: If your team members use iOS devices, then they’ll have to individually purchase the subscription from the Apple store.
Find the License Key
Once you’ve purchased the subscription, you will receive a license key that you can share with the rest of your team. Your license key will be available in the email confirmation that you received after purchase.
Install and Activate
Once you have the license key share it with your team members using a secure channel and you can then direct your team to download and install the app in their individual devices. Post installation, your team members can activate the subscription using the license key you shared.

Set device alerts
You can set alerts to receive email notifications if one of your devices hasn’t been scanned in the last seven days. When you get email notifications on what devices have not been scanned, you can contact your respective team member and direct them to schedule security scans. Monthly Reports
You'll receive monthly reports via email that provides information on the threats detected in your team’s devices and other security events and activities. Reports are enabled automatically.

Brute Force Protection (Windows Only)
Brute Force Protection (BFP) monitors Microsoft's Remote Desktop Protocol by protecting your devices from suspicious connections via remote devices. It temporarily blocks IP addresses with suspicious login attempts and notifies you of the blocks. Click here to learn more.

Tamper Protection (Windows Only)
You can restrict admins or other remote users from uninstalling Malwarebytes from your Windows device using the User access feature available within the General tab of the Settings page. Upon enabling this feature, users will either have to enter a password or the license key to uninstall Malwarebytes from your device. Click here to learn more.
