Endpoint Detection and Response is displaying the needs attention indicator . Click the indicator to see the message. If you receive the following error message:
"The backup path specified for this server either does not exist or is not available. Please check the specified backup path is valid."
Then your Malwarebytes Server Rollback Location within your policy settings does not exist or is not available. The default location backup path is C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes Endpoint Agent\Plugins\EDRPlugin\Backup\.
To resolve this issue, do the following:
- Verify that the folder path location is correct within your policy settings.
- Confirm that the local drive and specified folder path both exist on the indicated server.
Note: The rollback location selected applies to each server that is assigned to this policy. If you want to specify alternate backup folder locations for separate servers, create a new policy to specify the desired folder location.
