To help prevent conflicts between Sophos products and your Malwarebytes products, add mutual exclusions to the settings in Malwarebytes using the instructions below.
There is a known conflict between Sophos Web Protection and Malwarebytes Web Protection. Before adding exclusions, you need to disable Web Protection for either Sophos or Malwarebytes.
Set exclusions in Nebula
Add Sophos to your Malwarebytes software's exclusions.
- On the left navigation menu, go to Configure > Exclusions.
- Click New, then add the Sophos file paths separately.
