Connect to sites from OneView

Malwarebytes OneView allows you to connect to a site's Nebula console to investigate threat activity, make configuration or policy changes, or perform actions at the site level. This article explains how to connect to a site.

Note: You must be an Administrator or Site Administrator to use this feature.

There are two ways to connect a site's Nebula console: from the information panel on the Dashboard, or from the Sites page.

Connect to a site from the Dashboard

1. Log in to Malwarebytes OneView.
2. From the sidebar, click Manage > Endpoints.
3. Click any item in the Endpoints page.
4. A panel displays with a list of affected sites.
5. From the panel, click a site name to connect to that site's Malwarebytes Nebula platform.
6. Use the Malwarebytes Nebula platform to review or configure options for the site. Investigate or remediate any malware not already removed.
7. When done managing the site, click Return to OneView at the top of the page to return to the Malwarebytes OneView console.

Connect to a site from the Sites page

Each site row on the Sites page has a link to that site's Nebula console.

1. Log in to Malwarebytes OneView.
2. From the sidebar, click Manage > Sites.
3. Hover your mouse over the Site Name, then click Launch site once this option appears. This logs you into the sites specific Malwarebytes Nebula console. 
   
4. Use the Malwarebytes Nebula platform console to review or configure options for the site. Investigate or remediate any malware not already removed.
5. When done managing the site, click Return to OneView at the top of the page to return to the Malwarebytes OneView console.
