OneView includes reports which summarize essential information from endpoints and the console. Admins can generate on-demand or schedule these reports to gather details from a specific site or multiple sites.
Generate reports
- Go to Configure > Reports.
- Click Add report.
- Enter a name for the report.
- Select a site or multiple sites to gather information from.
- Select a report type. The format and reporting periods change based on the type selected. See the Report types table for more details.
- Select a format and report period if applicable:
- Raw Data (.csv): A CSV report that includes only the raw data.
- Select a delivery schedule:
- On-Demand: As soon as it finishes generating. On the Reports page, click Actions > Generate to start a report.
- Daily: Every 24 hours.
- Weekly: On one or more days every week.
- Monthly: On a specific day once a month.
- Select a time zone for the data to be displayed.
- Enter additional recipients by filling out the recipient's field. This can be existing users in OneView or enter new emails that are not users.
- Enter an email subject line.
- Enter an email body message.
- Click Save.
