Find your Malwarebytes PIN ID

When contacting Malwarebytes business support, you may be asked for a PIN ID. To find your PIN ID, see below.

Malwarebytes Nebula and OneView 

1. Log in to your Malwarebytes Nebula or Malwarebytes OneView console. 
2. Locate your username in the upper-right corner of the console.
3. Click your username and select Contact Us from the drop down menu to see your PIN ID. 

Malwarebytes for Teams

1. Log in to your Malwarebytes My Account.
2. Click the Help tab.
3. Click Phone Support on the Help page to see your PIN ID.
