Nebula
Log in to the Nebula console and choose a contact option:
- Phone: At the top-right of the console, click your profile name > select Contact Us. Use the PIN ID displayed in this window when calling phone support.
- Chat: At the bottom-right of the console, click the Help button.
- Ticket: From the left navigation pane, click Support Tickets > click New to create a support ticket.
OneView
Log in to the OneView console and choose a contact option:
- Phone: At the top-right of the console, click your profile name > select Contact Us. Use the PIN ID displayed in this window when calling phone support.
- Chat: At the bottom-right of the console, click the Help button.
- Ticket: From the left navigation pane, click Support Cases> click New to create a support ticket.
Malwarebytes for Teams
Log in to your My Account profile and choose a contact option:
- Phone: Click the Support tab to locate the support number for your region. Use the PIN ID displayed when calling phone support.
- Chat: At the bottom-right corner of your profile, click the Help button.
