Nebula sends notifications when a case is opened, updated, or closed in the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) portal.
When a notification is received, check your MDR portal for next steps. To ensure privacy and security, the email notifications intentionally contain limited information.
A notification called MDR case updated is automatically created for users selected as contacts on the Managed Detection & Response settings page. For more information, see Configure Managed Detection and Response in Nebula.
Use the Notifications page to choose which notifications you want to receive. For more information, see Set up notifications in Nebula.
- On the Category page, select Manage Detection and Response and click Next.
- Optionally, filter alerts with the following fields and values:
Case status: Alerts when case status is updated.
- Case created
- Case updated
- Case closed
Priority: Alerts based on priority of the case.
Action required: Alert only if action is required or not.
