Malwarebytes Mobile Security for Business provides error codes and messages for connection, installation, and activation issues on iOS devices. These errors and messages are stored locally on the device and can be generated and shared via a diagnostic report. To generate a diagnostic report, see Help screen in Mobile Security for Business.

IOS_AD_BLOCKING_NOT_GRANTED | Ad Blocking is disabled. | Enable Ad blocking. |
IOS_AD_BLOCKING_RELOAD_ERROR | Ad Blocking extension needs to be reloaded. | Toggle Ad blocking Off and back On. |
IOS_WEB_PROTECTION_NOT_GRANTED | Web Protection is disabled. | Enable Web protection. |
IOS_WEB_PROTECTION_RELOAD_ERROR | Web Protection extension needs to be reloaded. | Toggle Web Protection Off and back On. |
MOBILE_ERROR_RETRIEVING_PUSHTOKEN | Malwarebytes was unable to to retrieve push notification token from the database. | Open the app while the device has internet access. |
