Every time you log into the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) portal, you should check the notifications icon to stay up to date on your alerts. Use the notifications to quickly navigate to cases you've been mentioned in or assigned.
Configure your notifications to ensure you are receiving the appropriate alerts.
- In the top-right, click the notifications icon

- Click the notification preferences icon

- Under the bell icon
, enable the following notifications:
- Case Assignment
- Case Status Changes
- Case Mentions
- Tasks
- Shared Items
